I spoke with Ms.Miller on April 28,2006 about a old Altell bill. This bill was already charged off on my credit report.

In an effort to clean up my credit I arranged a settlement with my debit card.

I was supposed to be making weekly payments of $100.71 for a total of four weeks totaling 402.00.April 30th,May 5,May 12th,and May19th.To be paid out by MAY 21,2006 in order for the settlement to be valid. The entire bill was close to seven hundred dollars.

Two weeks went by and no withdrawl was made. The third week came 5/15/06 and 201.42 was drafted from my acct.5/17/06 another 100.71 was drafted.I called Ms.Miller and asked why these debits were held up,her reply was contact your bank because they sent her a authorization code to deduct the funds on these days and its their fault.

Of course I called the credit union only for them to tell me none of that happened.I called Ms.Miller back only to leave a message. When I finally got her and her so called supervisor. She claims she just found out (300.00 later) that the credit card machine was out of order.Thats why it took it out when it did.

By now the last payment is due. May 19,2006 another debit was done for $100.71. She calls me to give me an authorization code for the last payment which had already been deducted.I always understood that 10 days prior to a debit must be given even if you authorize it.

Now I'm thinking I'm paid in full even though they got it all in one week. Nope,May 24,2006 another $100.71 was drawn on check # 000007.You do the math. I called Ms.Miller several times and she hasnt called back yet! No paperwork was sent as to our agreement. She pretends to give you a settlement only so she get your account info then debits your account for the total amount.

I ended up closing my account so I could have money for my bills.

Warning: Do not give your debit info over the phone especially the code on the back. The bank cannot stop it and your money will not be refunded. Mail your payment or let them call till the cows come home.

I plan on perservering until the end. They say the calls are recorded for quality assurance and I plan on seeing if thats true!

What a ripoff!!!!!!
