FOLLY POSENAUER FGS Business Center WARNING FRAUD Beverly Hills California
Unfortunately, we will be suing FGS Business Center, Folly Posenauer, and Rafael Montes for fraud and deceit. They double-charged our credit card for over 7 months and do this to other people. It's not about the money. We don't sue good people or good companies. We sue bad people and bad companies.
Ms. Posenauer lied when she would wire refund the $900 she stole, but never did. She then lied again when she said she refunded the $900 to our credit card, but she never did. When confronted, she becomes a very vicious woman. Instead of apologizing, she will slander you. It's an old trick. Get mad at the person you scammed. It won't work.
Other people have also said they were scammed by Ms. Posenauer. @Ms. Posnauer - we look forward to seeing you in court. We're not after any money. We only want to see you and your assistant Rafael Montes behind bars.

The refund was issued by Coast 2 Coast. The credit card company confirmed it.
The issue is resolved. Since we can't delete the report, we officially retract it.

Why did you permit them to double charge you for seven months? You should have intervened after the first month. You can dispute only the last 90 days of charges.
If it's not about the money then why sue them (civil court)? Only criminal court can impose a prison sentence.
