Forclosure Assistance Solutions - FAS stands for Fake A$$ Service No refund No call backs No customer service Ripoff Clearwater Florida
I have been dealing with Forclosure Assistance Solutions since Jun 2007. They have yet to return any of my calls. I have left several messages with the refund department and there seems to be only one person that works in that particular department, initials J.O. I haven't received any response whatsoever, not a return call or anything after leaving several voice-mail messages.
Since, I have asked for a refund, I have talked to Diane, Liza, Jan, and man that claims to work in the refund department and several operators that probably no my name by heart. I have gotten the run around, I can't speak to a supervisor or manager, because I get directed back to the same person I have left messages for.
Foreclosure Assistance Solutions needs to redo their contract. They shouldn't get paid until things are finalized and if they are not able to help, then they should be willing to refund 100% of the money back.
People are not in the habit of giving money away especially considering they are already in a bind. Don't take advantage of people that are in the need of help. Don't ignore our calls like were telemarketers or bill collectors. Treat us like people, its bad enough we got caught up in a situation like this and we don't need to add more stress, frustration and fuel to the already buring fire.
FAS - Please return people's call and money !!
Future Customers - Please do your homework, check with the local BBB in the state that the company does business in. They are willing to give you all the information that you need on that company.
I wish I have done my homework and found this site early on, but you learn from your mistakes. Continue to be knowledgeable about people and businesses you give your hard earned money too.
