I purchased a used truck from them as my first newer vehicle purchase ever.  2005 Ford F-150 and was sold a lemon.  I had to bring the vehicle in multiple times during my five months owning it.  As a used vehicle you expect some issues but this was ridiculous.

Now the engine is seized or dead or broke.  I don't know which as they want $500 to inspect it.  I am unwilling to pay more money to this company than the original $11,000 to buy the truck (an amount of money I will spend paying off over the next 3 1/2 years).  I was told to fix the engine it would be $7000 and they would be willing to pay 10%.  

I was a sucker walking in the door.  I believe they knew this truck was an issue and just hoped it would hold out.  I also believe I was sold this truck under false pretenses and mis-management.  Now they need to make ammends by giving me a full refund minus the possible three months total I was able to drive it or trade me a vehicle at cost with warranty.  

I cannot afford to buy another vehicle or go further in the whole as a single father I pay my bills.  I wish they were as reliable.

I was told they had been working on it prior to the bad reviews in good faith I will be giving them a chance

My first report says it the best.  I was sold a truck under false pretenses.  They asked me to take all reviews down as they worked on the situation.  I did feeling that surely they were trying.  They were covering their own butts.  They offered me $2000 in trade which I didn't take.  It was a slap in the face.  If you value your money go somewhere else.  If the sales and management team are to be in honesty than the brunt of this falls on the service department that has the highest incompetency rate I have ever seen.

Please take this review for what it is.  I did not have an issue while buying the car but I do feel that I was robbed due to a lack of character by the service department.

The sales staff is working on fixing the situation caused by the service department.  I will not come out even on this but at least someone is trying to do something.
