My sister was defrauded by this convicted felon who spent 6 months in a China prison factory after pleading guilty to derfauding "more than 500" expat foreign English teachers in China between 2012 and 2014. Her contracts violate China labor laws and she skimmed over 5 million rmb (about $800,000) and caused more than 1,200 foreign teachers to get arrested and deported because she would not spend the money to get them the proper work visas (z visas). She pleaded guilty under the name of "Rebecca Tang" and her real Chinese name was not disclosed as part of her plea agreement in the Beijing Courts. Now she opened up 8 alias companies listed below and adopted her new name of "Rosie Tang" to continue ripping off gullible and naive newbe teachers who never set foot in China before.

Aside from doing China job placements, Tang has opened a visa business as well and also sells fake university diplomas, police certificate, and TEFL certificates. And for $5,000 she sells black Z visas to people unable to normally enter China, like convicted felons.
She has five foreigners that run her companies which tell people they are American companies and Eric Winder even opened a virtual office in Long Island, New York to give the illussion they are American. Their review and testimonials are all made by paid shills. David Valley, Derick Yazwa, and a Serbian fugitive named "Nikki" all work for her so she can stay in the shadows.
Rebecca aka Rosie Tang is about 33 years old, very attractive, and slept with police officials to avoid a 5 year prison sentence the first time she got caught. You can read more about her misdeeds at

This woman is Ma Fan and every English teacher headed to China needs to be warned about this lady who the veteran ESL & TEFL teachers in China call "The Wicked Witch of The East". Do not believe anything she tell you and be forewarned that she is very charming and will try to get you to let her hold your passport so she can supposedly "get you processed". Never give your passport to anyone in China. And anyone who asks for it other than a genuine police officer is a scam artist.
