Jeff, We want to let you know that just because you see no name doesn't mean we don't know who the individual is. Whatever made you leap to that conclusion? As for your response to the allegations, you never responded to the issues. Undoubtedly, this CUSTOMER is upset undoubtedly because the person was the recipient of bad service. Can you think of another reasonable explanation for the expressions of frustration and anger? Your comment that the person contact you or Dan is also unacceptable. That is why they contacted us in the first place...because the person could not contact your company. Do you really think it is reasonable for them to continue to make phone calls with no acceptable outcome? One final comment: This is not the Better Business Bureau. We do not put up with even one unresolved customer service issue...and we won't bury the story. We recommend that you do a better job in the future. Additionally, it is interesting that your comments reflect that you are not really interested in resolving this issue with this customer, instead you want to continue to abuse the customer and justify past injustices. Not a good sign in our book!

FORMation mg has won numerous awards for their products and is known for having one of the best customer support departments in our market.
In my opinion the writing of the prior remarks are very unprofessional. If the person who wrote the comments would care to call our President or myself please feel free at 949-598-8890.
For this vulgar language I trully believe this is not a customer and should be removed from this website.
If this was a true customer they would provide their company name and contact information.
