I recently bought a Primavera 70. It came with a defective door ( metal disclaimer) fell off while uncrating oven. I couldn't clean off glue an had oven repainted at local iron shop to cover up glue. When the oven arrived, there was no thermometer enclosed and I was told order was complete. I had to email Forno Bravo about missing thermometer and they told me they would send one--and they did. I inquired today about a defective door.
They want to charge me $150.00 for a new door. I should have sent back door to have glue taken off and had a new door sent. My oven is wood burning only--no gas hookup at all. Metal disclaimer plate is disclosure about GAS. I asked them to send me a door without this metal disclosure as it is unsightly and prone to falling off as I experienced. I will even send them my door to get a new one. This is my 2nd Forno Bravo oven. I had one over 10 years ago that stayed with a home I sold. I will NOT be buying nor recommending this company to anyone. Customer service and follow through are difficult.

Once this report was filed, The company ( Forno Bravo) emailed me and offered me a new door. It arrived in good conditon and all is well. They were very timely and willing to rectify. I just wish they would have rectified at first email. The oven is good quality and works well.
