While extensively travelling, I was very fond of the quality of the Crown Plaza and its amenities.  I am involved in the IHG Reward Club program, enjoyed many free stays and lately noticed that I had over 400’000 points in my account…then…

my IHG account was frozen (since about Dec. 12 2017) while my last report show…12’000 points.  So, either intentional or accidental, I believe that this “disappearance” is IHG’s responsibility.  Communicating with Kimberley, Laine, Carlo, Marieson, Daniel, Jaimee and Jhoanna, they all hope that “I have great day” and “we are here it help” but the lack of solution is simply appalling.  It just a matter to pass problem to the next account hoping that the customer gets tired.

Indeed, since then, it seems that this scam went for a long time and I am really disappointed that the company doesn’t address this problem.

In the meantime, I have re-activated by Carlson Club account (Radisson Hotel chain)
