Fraser Engines & Transmissions Horrible Customer Service Fraser Michigan
I made the mistake of filling out a quote request form on their website. I contacted them multiple times asking them to email me a quote so that I could forward it to my mechanic in order to confirm the specs before making the purchase. They sent me more emails w/out the quote I asked for. Instead they blasted me with all kinds of text messages. When I called in for the forth time to request that I receive and quote via email the guy on the phone said that he would expect me to be a "big boy" and send screen captures of the texts they sent me to my mechanic.
After this ridiculous situation, they sent me threatening messages. They said that they would put in bad reviews for some company that they thought I was associated with. I don't know where they got their misinformation, but it should be clear to just about anyone at this point what kind of people they hire.
Run away. The positive reviews for this company were clearly generated by an online marketing company.
