I had Fred Loya insurance many several years.  The policy renewed automatically every 6 months.  I changed to adifferent car insurance company yesterday to be in my "new husband"s policy.  Today I called Loya insurance to cancel my policy as a courtesy call and they told me that I need to go to the office and fill up my paypers with the intension to charge me a $50 fee for the cancelation.  What insurance company does that?  I told the lady I wasn't going to show up and let the insurance run out them without paying any more and she said that well, if you ever want to come back....". I hung the phone.  The conversation was bring recorder so she was saying was she was trained to say.  The company created that fee as a rip off because most of their customers are ignorant Spanfish consumers, some without driving licenses.

Consumer be aware....you don't have to pay that cancelation fee....no other insurance company does that!
