Freedom Pop 3 months and phone never arrived! internet only Internet
i ordered a freedom pop Iphone and service and what they do is charge you up front just like any compnay(i use amazon w/no problem) and then your phone never arrives and when you call you either get NO answer or you will get the same lady every time who will tell you your order has reached the warehouse and will be shipped in the next 3-5 days BUT you wait and wait and wait and i have already gotten a service charge to my credit card and dont even have my phone and the worst part is the service charge is for NOT using enough GB on my phone! i explain to them how can you charge me for NOT using the phone when i do not even have the phone yet and am told service starts the minute i buy and subscribe for service reguardless of if i have the phone yet or not.
so for 3 months now i am charged for not using a phone which is not even shipped to me yet? this is a RIPOFF!!! and i can not get anyone who can tell me about a refund and just to cancel the whole thig! i want them to just keep their d**n phone and give me my money back! i am DISABLED, HAVE SPINAL DECAY AND CAN NOT WALK, I HAVE MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SO I SOMETIMES CAN NOT EVEN STAND! I HAVE COPD SO MANY TIMES I HAVE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL BY AMBULANCE BUT NOW HAVE NO PHONE TO CALL AMBULANCE! I AM ON A FIXED INCOME OF 710.00 A MONTH!!!!!
i can not leave my house without a phone on me at all times! not even to my yard or to check my mail because with my disease i sometimes fall down and need someone to help me up! so can you imagine its 90 plus degrees outside and i fall on hot pavement and then nobody hears my screams, so i get burned and maybe suffer heat stroak, stop breathing because of no medication or too hot, and all this without a phone!!! these people have been told about my conditions and still tell me i can not get a refund until the phone arrives for me to ship back! but if it hasnt been shipped then why dont they just stop the order now and give me all my money back? so i am a crippled person being ROBBED by a B/S company,, a RIPOFF!!!
