Friend Finder, Adult Friend Finder, Alt.com, and all the sites in the Friend Finder Network are all a big Fraud!

- All of the women are fake, they use fake profiles, they use bots in chat, and most of the women on their sites are most likely employed by Friend Finder or bots.

- Many of the photos of their site are of porn stars or other people that have nothing to do with the fake profiles that are posted there.

- Profiles are never removed from their sites so most of the profiles were posted in the 1990's and never taken down. Many of these people have died or have not been to their sites in many years. Emailing these people is worthless.

- Once you give them your credit card number, THEY WILL NEVER STOP BILLING YOU. If you cancel, or even ask your bank to charge back their charges from one site, they will immediately start to re-bill you from one of their other sites. This is a main reason why they have so many sites and bill through so many billing companies.

- They share your personal information with other companies including your email address and credit card information. Your information will be sold to the highest bidder.

Stay away from these (((REDACTED, no record of this claim, verified by Rip-off Report)))!. They are being investigated by several government agencies and their illegal scam operation will be shut down soon!

Caution is advisable

The sweeping condemnation of ALL Friend Finder sites seems to me overstated. I am a satisfied customer of ASIA Friend Finder. Why am I satisfied? I'm engaged. 'Nuff said? To get to this position I sampled several sites, not all in the Friend Finder stable. However, I did include Adult Friend Finder. From my experience, it seems the "adult" sites require caution. I will not mince words here: Think with your head not your crotch."  If you are over 40 and looking for someone under, especially VERY under, 30 this is where the most caution is advised. (See update title.) I am now 62. On adult sites, anyone who contacted me, or responded to my contact, and was under 30 ALWAYS tried to lure me to a "pay per view" site. Even if they stated they were interested in "older men." I learned caution in Vietnam, nobody got me! The over 30 crowd seemed legitimate. Since I was looking for a serious relationship I eventually dropped the "adult" theme and met my fiance. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! There must be many other success stories, and failures, out there.

So, what's the result? If you are looking for sex only, it can be found. The odds, seem to me, against it. Thus, "Proceed with caution." On the other hand, if you are more serious things have better odds. One man's opinion.

"- All of the women are fake, they use fake profiles, they use bots in chat, and most of the women on their sites are most likely employed by Friend Finder or bots."

Not true, I myself am a living breathing member of this site and have met hundreds of people who are also very real. While there are quite a few bots, there is also quite a few women who dont work for AFF i can think, off the top of my head, of 102 that I have chatted with and met in the flesh.

Many of the photos on there are porn stars or models, and a lot of the people that you get in your cupid reports arent real, but for the most part, their are some genuine people that frequent aff and even meet at weekly get togetheres, although mentioning them or giving someone info on AFF will get you banned.

"- Profiles are never removed from their sites so most of the profiles were posted in the 1990's and never taken down. Many of these people have died or have not been to their sites in many years. Emailing these people is worthless."

Good thing there is a little note at the top left hand side of the screen that tells you that profiles last log in date....

I'm not sure about this factiod. I know that I canceled my membership after the 1st of this year because they kept banning me from chat because I was giving people information about a party that was taking place in December, yet they let bots roam free spamming and flodding rooms with god knows what, all while using racial slurs as well. Although their site does bite quite a bit, I havent been charged and I canceled my membership in Jan and it is now October and I am still a standard member.
