I also work for this particular store in Sierra Vista, and whoever filed this complaint is ABSOLUTELY correct. This store does not care about any of us. Steve, the store director, says he will take care of things, and does not, and none of us feel comfortable talking to any manager about any other employee, because they are all buddy buddy here. Hey, guy, whoever you are that wrote this report, I'm the chick who works nights that always bitches about this awful job. :) We should bond over this! Haha. Anyway, it's completely true, and the safety coordinator has agreed, this store does not care about employees, just about making a quick buck. I'm quitting soon and can not WAIT.

I am very familiar with this store in Sierra Vista, it's one of the busiest in the Kroger system for this area. This is typical Kroger behavior. They don't like to spend money, period. And when they do, it's only what they have to spend to give the "illusion" that they're on top of things. I'm also too familiar with the improper temperature of their goods, and they're also transported in the same manner. Their dairy cooler door is always open and it's usually anywhere from 50-60 degrees on a regular basis. People just don't know how to close doors. I am in Fry's stores all over the area, this is just typical. Get with your union on unsafe conditions. All the other stuff will not be handled, they've been doing things this way for years, they're not going to change.

Hi there newly hired employee! I just wanted to note that you may be at night but you should have access to the C.C. Paperwork Please Fill it out and give it to your Cultral Council this info goes straight to your President Jon Flora don't believe me? Well I'm the cultural council Zone rep I go to another store and meet with other stores to talk about problems we have had that same problem and we got new stools now I understand the "higher ups" want money but with us part of the company it won't happen. I buy the stuff myself if the store doesn't want to buy it and when you buy certain stuff for the company they have to give you the money back. Eccpecially if it's osha approved! I've been with this company for 3 years so I know how you feel but it's not a ripoff report try again!

First off, i used to work for Fry's, and last time i checked, after ninety days of working for ANY Kroger affiliated company, you have the option to sign up for the union. If nothing is getting taken care of, and if they are not meeting your specific work saftery requirments, then call the union. If you are not part of the union or do not want to go that route, then stop complaining, because its nobodies fault but your own. FYI, they cannot fire you for calling the union on them, it doesnt work that way and trust me, your managers know it. As for the spoiled meat being resold, i think you are lying. I worked for Kroger for quite some time, and they are obsessive about the type of meat and the quality that it is. If this is truly the case, then you need to anonymously call Fry's corp immediatly so nobody gets sick or dies, because if something happens to customers and you just stood b and did nothing but post a senseless report online, trust me when i say that you will also be in just as much trouble. In fact, i believe i might call your store owner myself.........
