This store is horribly run and nothing seems to be done about it! Even with all the complaints written and verbal. Phone calls to Human Resources aren't even solving the problems. Three girls were sexual molested in the store by a male co worker and an "investigation" lasting three days was filed and the outcome. "You didn't tell him no". The girls were afraid of him and so are other co workers. People are afraid to speak out to store management because of the retaliation.
I'm no attorney but im almost certain that sexual harassment is still sexual harassment whether or not the girls verbally spoke up to the offender. They went straight to store management and look where that got them! Some open door policy!
I know the economy is bad and we can't afford to be firing and hiring people over trial periods. But sexual harassment is a serious situation that needs to be addressed! There are plenty of people looking for jobs who aren't going to frighten co-workers and customers.

You're saying that this guy and these female co-workers are having sex (consensual or not) on the premises and Kroger did nothing about it? If it was consensual, why weren't they fired? If it was a case of rape, where are the police in this matter?

wht did the policesay when this was reported to them? If what you allege is true then the police need to be involved.
