Dear Mrs. Inez Papping-Faase, Were sorry you felt you had to immediately cancelled my credit card. We could have saved you a lot of effort had you simply contacted us and requested a cancellation. Additionally, you hope that these people can be stopped because it is very frustrating to be handled like this? Mrs. Papping-Faase, please remember that YOU asked to be contacted with information regarding a discounted travel package. We contacted you, you liked what you heard, you bought the package, but then decided to cancel. Your credit card was never charged and no merchandise was shipped to you. We do not understand what exactly it is that we should be stopped from doing. We travel thousands of customers annually who we trust would disagree with your thoughts.
