FutureVision Technologies Stole money out of my bank account Now they are harassing me liars ripoff con-artists took us for all we had Portland Oregon
On May 29, 2002 a Jason Fresh contacted me telling me all these great things that he would do for promoting my business. I never told him what company I was with either he somehow knew.
He pressured me into giving him my check routing number and a check number for the one time amount of $199.00. I told him that I had to discuss this with my husband and that I seriously doubted that he would go for it. So he was very sincere and promised me that he would hold my check for 3 days until he had a yes or a no.
After the call I tried to call him back the mail box was full of course. I also emailed telling him that I did not want this service. And the next day I went to the bank and put a stop payment on the check.
It seemed to work. I did not hear nothing back from this company. About the middle of August my bills started to bounce. I found out that they were illegally withdrawing money out as of July 1, 2002. In the amounts of $199.00 twice and $224.00 twice.
They are now harassing me and my husband telling us that my account is delequent, will go to collection. They have the nerve to call back 3 times in one day. The womens name that calls is Kristen. All she says is that I had an over the phone binding contract and they want me to have good faith and send them a good check in the amount of $224.00. They ask me how much can I pay right now. I never agreed to any contract.
Here are some other numbers that I have gotten, just by them calling me, 1-888-557-9107 and 1-503-977-0282 and 1-503-977-0171.
The next time they call I am going to quote from the Bible Rev. 21:8 and 1 Corithians 6:10. Hopefully this will put the fear of God into them.
