I also was contacted via internet by vista print, I was told I would receive free business cards. I said, "OK" and proceeded to give them all my info. I was never told that the shipping on business cards was $10. I am a business owner and know that nothing is free, but $10.00 for 100 business cards is ridiculous for regular US Postal service mail with a 3-4 week delivery date. VistaPrint immediately took the shipping out of my account and 2 months go by and no business cards.I called and was told they never went to the printer. I had to wait another 3 weeks for what they called priority shipping. What I was not aware of is that they deducted the $10.00 three times. So------- Free business cards now cost me $30.00 I had to threaten the Attorney Generals office to get my money returned. They were NOT authorized to take 3 different payments out of my checking account. I also called the Banking commission and made them aware that VistaPrint was taking money from my account without authorization. I then notified VistaPrint of what I was going to do and all my money was returned. After this mess was, what I thought, straightened out,I was offered another free 100 business cards for free as well as address labels for FREE for all my trouble. I looked at my online statement 4 days later and they again took $10 out for shipping. I called them and the Banking commission as well as the A/G office and am going to fill out a formal complaint. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE FREE DEALS! THERE IS NO SUCH THING
