Hi Dirk,
So sorry to hear you were treated unfairly by GameKnot. I am filing a report against them. It has to be approved and will probably be up shortly. I am calling my News station. A lot of them have consumer advocates who intervene for you. GameKnot may state they have the right to do whatever they please but they also have a contract with all of their members. That contract has been broken by them for no good reason. If you would like to do something about this let me know. I am contacting the other 2 people from Texas that have also had the same problem with GK.
