Gardner's Choice ripoff consumer rip-off fraud Hartford Internet
I ordered 4 tomato trees in march 2002. Check 8327 for $ 14.64 which included s/h dated march 12, 2002 was cashed 4-8-02. Was informed shipping time table for my zone was late april thru may 31. Todays date is june 7, 2002. Have sent 2 inquiries, each one resulted in an immediate computer response acknowledging communique. Sent a 3rd inquiry yesterday, stating if merchandise wasnt received within 7 days, would seek 100% refund, and file complaint with Connecticut Attorney Generals office, as Gardener's choice is AKA for Lipenwald Inc. Did NOT get a computer generated reply. you do the math

3rd email i issued an ultimatium, either I receive my order within 7 days, or I will request full refund and file complaint with Connecticut Attorney generals office for fraud and false advertising. Funny thing, I received order in 5 days, healthy, green, leafy and good root system. Will hafta wait and see if they grow and produce as promised.
