Garry Thrash rip-off! Poor customer service and I haven't yet seen a dime yet. Thomasville Georgia
I first purchased 3 machines back in January, 2004. After I mailed them the check, that was the last time they contacted me. I did receive the machines and they sat in my living room for several weeks. I was never allowed to talk to the person that sold me the machines again. They finally set me up with someone that was to be my contact.
Again, I always had to call them, they never called me. Whenever I would try to contact the person, he was always out or in a meeting. After I complainted and made a few threats they eventually assigned me a new person. This person ended up pulling the same game. After going through about 5 different people, I finally found someone I thought was going to at least try to do a decent job. He found me two locations, one closed a week after I put the machine in. The other has been going at a slow pace for 3 months now, but I haven't seen a dime.
