Gateway Computers ~LEMON~ PROFILE 4X screwed others too North Sioux City South Dakota
Ordered Gateway Profile 4X ($2,300) April 28, 2003. Received, set up and reported vibration noise to Gateway on May 1st. Now a MONTH into ownership of this PC it has totally crashed. The PC froze up, then would not ever turn on again. Gateway has been called over 5 times with this issue fighting tech's resolution to MAIL IT TO TEXAS at my expense. We have bought from their company for 6 years, this is how we are treated.
I WANT TO RETURN THEIR junk for a refund and they tell me I am not allowed to. I have no choice but to keep it and mail it in for repair. TOTALLY SICK ABOUT IT ALL. NEvER buy A GATEway (gateway to trouble).
