I found a charge for $4.79. I called my Regions 800 number and told them about the unauthorized transaction. They encouraged me to contact gdstarlightpdas first and see if I could work it out with them or get a refund. I called there phone number, the same number Regions Bank found, but it was an automated recording that repeated itself. There are no automated options. The accent is very heavy. The message just says that I should send an email.

I did send an email and they responded and asked for more info. such has my name, address, and last four digits of my card. It's been about a week. I called Regions Bank and filed the dispute. They said I would have a resolution within 10 days. After the phone call, I checked my email and gdstarlightpdas promised said they have refunded the money, but it may take several days to show up in my bank account. I won't hold my breath.

Regions Bank gave me no hassel about filing the dispute form.
