Well since I've read the numerous complaints that sounds just like mine. I've taken steps to elimate this problem for us. Initally, I've made double payments...the interesting point to that is that when a payment was not made it only took 5 days from the date I mailed the payment until the amount was posted to our account. Amazing, the postal service got the payment there and applied it. Secondly, I've cashed in a portion of my 401 acct, (it's not doing much these days anyway) and paid off the account. Now we will see if they apply the payment and pay off this account. Additionally, I called them and gave them an ear full and instructed them to apply the money and close this account. I really hated to cash in the 401, but I really hated dealing with these people too! To the rest of the consumers I'm sorry for what you are going though but from reading your complaints it quickly made me make a decision that I dont want to spend anymore time, money or effort on these people and I guarntee I will never deal with them again.
