The story in his report is greatly exaggerated and/or untrue. We did try and make things right with him but he was unwilling to work with us. bypassing the untangle box (untangle is a web filtering router) did fix his internet issue. Therefore the issue lied within that router. The security problem he is referring too is putting in a strong firewall between his VPN (and the rest of his network) and the outside internet. Unfortunately he was misinformed on how networking works therefore he saw a slightly more complex network setup as a security issue when it was quite the opposite. He also hired me to reinstall Server 2003 on a server of his. This is where the floppy incident came in. Because his server did not have a floppy, but needed a floppy to install Server 2003 with RAID drivers I borrowed a floppy drive from one computer. **Me and this customer both checked all of the computers to be sure they could login and print before I left** Therefore the video problem must have been a problem after I left maybe someone yanked the video cable. The allegations about eating, quick books, and the phone is greatly exaggerated. Of course I have to send you an invoice before I leave. Of course if I'm there for 9 hours I should be allowed to take a few minutes to eat. It took me 15 minutes to eat AND I was working on reloading the Server's OS at the time. I was on the phone for no longer than 2 minutes to have my wife bring an important tool that I needed. It is unfortunate that this happened, our goal is 110% satisfaction, and we failed our goal here, but I guess you can't make everyone happy.
