I received a e-mail from GE stating that they do not repair, sell parts for, but will replace the microwave in question. I was told wrong by Customer Relations. Next, I called Wal-Mart, instead of dealing with Customer Service, and was told to bring the microwave back to the store. GE warranty products were excluded from the 90 day return policy. Since they did not have the same model, Wal-Mart gave me in store credit which was used towards a new microwave oven. I recommend that if anyone has problems such as these to speak directly to a manager or e-mail the company. Do not always rely on Customer Relations or Customer Service, if told differently than what is on the warranty.
