In my first report, I promised to file an update if George Velez (dba "One Great Dog" and/or "One Great Dog Trainer" and/or "One Great Dog Trainer, Inc." and/or "www.onegreatdog.com") made any effort to resolve the problems our family had experienced with his company. Instead of making any attempt to resolve the matters in my report, however, he has chosen to retaliate against us by filing two reports on this website filled with false allegations. The first, Retaliatory Report # 402441, was submitted under the category "Animal Abuse," and the second, Retaliatory Report # 403855, was filed under the category "Liars." These untrue reports, among other acts, were his chosen way to respond to our legitimate issues, instead of dealing with us in a professional and honest manner to resolve our complaints. As noted in our responses to these two retaliatory and untrue reports, we have turned this entire matter over to our attorney.

THIS IS SOMETHING. mr velez has done everything he could do for THE FORD FAMILY. this is the true side of the story.......BELIEVE IT OR NOT!!!!!! WORKED AROUND THEIR SCHEDULE. mrs.ford had contacted us about an adoption of 2 german shephards w/the knowledge of the amount of each. for one,the 8month old was going for $1500 with papers,akc enrolled and was up to date on all of her wellness shots. however mr velez was kind enough to allow the ford family to take zena the 8mo old for $400.00. and agreed a course with 6lessons with dog and owner. when mr. velez had agreed this it was infact done. (DONE 3 CLASSES BACK TO BACK) their was no misleading about this situation at all matter of fact he had went their AT LEAST 7 OR 8 TIMES INCLUDING THE FENCE THAT WAS DONE. (WHICH TO HAVE IT INSTALLED IT WILL COST ABOUT 1000 FOR FRONT, SIDE,AND BACK.......now ceciela wanted another dog which nila a 3 yr old black german shephard was going for $500.00 george had explaned to her at the beginning FOR which she could easly go for alot more especially when she was obedience training,protection trained,house broken and know all commands by hand signal. however ceciela wanted her,that if she could put a deposit down for her. mr velez had explained since she was getting the fence she could pay $200.00 this would be for the fence and if she took nila then the fence would be for free and she would pay just $300 this would be the balance owed on purchase of nila. mrs. ford agreed, now when mr velez had put the electrical fence for the dogs in he did what was supposed have been done. the next day i myself called her and set up to where george could go out their and show the family and the dog how and where the fence was placed and explained to them that zena must know where the flags are and the sound. george stood out their for 2hrs for that day a matter of fact i myself (jessica) had to reschedule customers that were on so we could do this right. ON THE AVERAGE OF A LESSON IS SUPPOSED TO BE 1HR PER CLASS THIS COUNTED FOR 2...... when the fence was put in at day one it took him about 4 hours and this was to accomadate the family once again.(trained dog also). everytime we had went to accomodate her and her family schedule worked with her on everything she had wanted and did more. we gave her a crate to borrow it is worth $150 still have not recieved this back. yes when i myself and george had went to train the dog with the fence wire was cut by the bushes on the left side of the house and we immediatly fixed it. we had left it uncovered with the assumption that we were going back. when george had went back he had totally forgotten about that area and was more concerned about the dogs that ceciela had said that her dog and zena had gotten into a fight after he had told the family she would not be able to be around maxi untill they got use to each other. she had let us know after i had sent over an email about if she still wanted nila and how zena was doing. THE FAMILY RETURNED NILA AFTER WE ASKED FOR PAYMENT OF BAL. and explained that it would take awhile for the papers and that if this was an issue we will come to pick her up the next day (more in our emails if want proof). CUSTOMER RETURNED NILA WITH NO PHONE CALL. GEORGE WILLING TO WORK WITH THEM FAMILY REFUSSED. HAVE EMAILS AND FOR MORE INFO YOU CAN CONTACT US AT OUR OFFICE.......... GEORGE HAS DONE BUISNESS W/PEOPLE FOR OVER 10YRS AND ALWAYS WORKED WITH MAKEING THE OWNERS HAPPY AND THE SAVING DOGS. I KNOW ALONG WITH OVER 600 REFERRAL LETTERS OF CUSTOMERS AND COMPANIES THAT THIS IS TRUE AND SPOKE TO EVERY ONE OF THEM. i just don't understand were we go wrong on this how was he the bad guy when he lost about 2,000 on this deal........and got this on rip-off?????? WHEN A DOG IS PURCHASED ARE YOU NOT SUPPOSED TO PAY EVERYTHING NO BREAKS USALLY IN THE REAL WORLD. (HELLO)!!!!! OH!!!!! FOOD OF THOUGHT WHEN IS IT NOW THAT WHEN YOU PURCHASE A PURE BREED THE SELLER IS OBLIGATED TO DO ALL OF THIS??? NOW FAMILY IS SAYING THAT MR. VELEZ THREATENED THEM WHEN ALL HE DID WAS TO SAY THAT WE NEED TO KNOW HOW ZENA WAS DOING ON HER LIP WITH A SORE WHICH WE WROTE TO THEM. WE NEED TO KNOW AND HAVE EVERY RIGHT.... ALSO ABOUT US CONTACTING OUR LAWYER FOR SLANDER OF OUR COMPANY.......HAD NO RIGHT./.... STILL NO RESPONSE ON BAD SORE ON ZENA'S LIP, WHICH DOG WAS IN PERFECT HEALTH....... JESSICA APOPKA FL.
