So I had Gexa for One year, and I have to say everything was ok with the service (about as good as a utility company gets). However when we decided to leave the company to get a better rate, thats when the crap hit the FAN!!! I Called to ask for my deposit to please be put towards my fanal bill and then send the remainer to me. They said no problem. I did not recieve a bill when i normally did so I assumed it was taken care of. WRONG. I instead got a cuttoff warning a couple days later. So i called and got it cleared up. Problem over right? WRONG..... Thats when the crap started, I have talked to about 10 diffrent costumer service reps and the same number of managers, and not one has told me the same thing twice! first I would get my money back within a week, then maybe 10 days, then within 21 days then back to 7. I also got about 4 diffrent responses of when they mailed my check. When it had been a while I called back to say I just wanted it put automaticlly in my account... seems easy enough since they automatically withdrew out of my account. They said that they had no one to do that, it was impossible!!! Then I asked to talk to a manager and got connected to Marissa, who then connected me to her manager Teareasa, and so on, until 3 managers later I was told I was being connected to their manager and guess who it was Marrissa. When I asked her how she could be the boss of her boss, she freaked out and stuttered maybe that was another Marissa, and then hung up on me! really, really....

So evidentally they just pass around the phone and see how many lies they can tell. I bet they have a game and score board and everything! This is totally rediculous, you figure the Texxas deregulation would make them actually care about customer service. guess not!

So after hours on hold, and hours hearing lies, guess who still doesnt have her money... thats right me. They suck and Im tired of hearing lie after lie, its my money give it to me!!!!!!!!!!!!! ...
