So I got suckered into the whole +30 hp, 10% mpg thing. About 4 hours later I had realized I made a stupid purchase so I emailed the company to cancel my order.
They replied with a tracking link of my supposed package, even though they state on the website it takes 7-14 days for your package to ship.
They had somehow gotten my order and shipped it in 4 hours. Hmm. Not likely. So I looked at the tracking nuber and the package was picked up by ups before I even placed my order.
So I called.
"Hello Gforce chips, how may I direct your call?", I said "How you doing to day?" Being the nice guy i am from wisconsin....."How may I direct your call?".....WTF is that, no "Good how are you?"
This told me right off this call wouldn't be going well. I told the dude i wanted to cancel my order. They transferred me to some jacka**. He said
Your name please. I said "Steve"....He said well that isn't going to help we have like 20k steve's in our database, in the most condcending way possible. I waited an second and said, well maybe you should lead with whats your order number?...
The dude said "boy.. youre a f***er, under his breath." And i called him on it. Then he said it out loud and hung up on me.
I called back....hang up....
I called again...hang up....
I called again..They answered and I said I would like to cancel my order, they said "did you order this online or call". I said i ordered it online. They said, "we dont handle the online orders, youll have to email the company." I said "Who do you work for then?"
They said they dont have access to the orders online, I said that this is some sort of bulls*** runaround. And if they dont cancel my order I would contact my lawyer...
I was fuming...I hung up and received an order cancelled email. We'll see if they actually refund my money. To be continued...

Well,well,well....what do we have here? An email with a tracking number? From gfchips.com?
Hmm...looks like the joke is on you..
The call happened even if you didn't record it or can verify it. Dont play some stuipd corporate talk with me after your rep is a j******...
I don't care what you say...your customer service rep called me a f*****.
Its funny that you have to come on here and even file rebuttals for stuff like this. Obviously your company and products leave a lot to be desired..
Now file a rebutal about this email you said you never sent.(I removed my email for spam and security purposes)

Steve,
We cannort verify the authenticity of the "phone call" with our new order hotline (Not Customer Service) that you had, but we will apologize on their behalf if that was the actual call.
Your credit card's pending authorization was also voided, and your card was never charged. The pending authorization will just fall off your account. You are welcome to check with your bank with more details on how authorizations work, vs. a charge.
Finally, you never got a "Shipped" email from Gforce. Our units are about 1 week out currently, and your order would never have been able to ship on the same day as you placed your order.
Thanks for your time,
-GForce Customer Support

I forgot to mention that the link they sent for my "shipped package" was a package that is being delivered to indiana, not to me.
So they were trying to scam me into thinking that they had already shipped my package. Smh...what a bunch of frauds.
The FTC should shut these frauds down. I can even imagine how many people just said screw the $74 dollars, its not worth it...Its sad, they are screwing people, one sh*tty transaction at a time.
