Ronda,

I read your update that the Fl. Attny. Gen.'s office has filed suit against Gibson. I just recieved my Affadavit papers Tuesday on this company, and won't be mailing them until Saturday. Have I waited too late to be included in the Civil Suit?

Your response would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Rose, I believe that you should go ahead and file what ever you have against Gibson Trust. It should not be too late as I am sure that this case will linger for some time. When you file, be sure to include all that Gibson Trust has cost you. Your first initial payment that they keep Any funds that never made it to your creditors Any late fees or overlimit fees that were added to your debt due to Gibson Trusts non payment ask them to also consider punitive damages for the emotional destress that you have had to endure. Everyone else that has been ripped off by Gibson Trust should be doing the same thing. Think of everything that Gibson cost you. How about punitive damages for destroying a persons credit that was in good standing before Gibson got a hold of their accounts? There is alot to consider. There is the actual funds that you lost to Gibson and then there is the damage that they did to you when you were using their services. I know that I have read that we should not be so harsh on the ex-employees of Gibson Trust who have posted information on this site. I can not feel sorry for anyone that worked for Gibson Trust. These are the very same people who helped Gibson Trust rip us all off!! These people lied to us and misled us and they knew what was happening to us. They continued to work for a scam company and have only come forth after they claim that they were fired when Gibson Trust shut down. If they truly cared about what was happening to us as I have seen them write here, then I feel that they would have quit working for Gibson on their own when they found out what a scam operation this company was and they would have reported them to the proper authorities. They didn't have a problem with Gibson Trust when they were working for them and getting paid to scam us. I feel that any employee that worked for Gibson Trust should also be named in a lawsuit. These are the very people that did Gibson Trusts dirty work for them. I know that the editor of this site has written that these ex-employees are also victims of Gibson Trust. He does not know what these very employees would tell us when we would call in desperation seeking information about our accounts. They lied to us over and over again. It was always the same line. We will put your account into review or some other BS story!! Then these very people have the gull to write on this site that we need to take responsibility for our downfall because we signed a contract that didn't guantee us anything. They were sure good at making us believe we were in good hands when they roped us in with their smoothe talking lies!!! These ex-employees are saying that the contract didn't guantee us anything. Well, if they knew that, then why didn't they tell us that and why would they want to keep working for this company when they knew the customers were being misled? I can not feel sorry for these people. I could forgive them if I knew that they were truly sorry for the way they lied to me others. If they did everything that they could to help the victims here by telling their story to the Florida Attorney General's Office and never work for a company that conducts a scam business again. It seems many of the ex-employees of Gibson Trust are now working in their new scam companies. Patrick O'toole and some other key players have their hands in more than a few operations that all seem to lead back to one key source. Not all people that were employed by Gibson Trust are ex-employees. They are still employed in these new operations that they are starting up. Maritza, I hope you were not one that followed them. I hope that you will not want to continue working for these people whom prey on the desperate.
