I use to schedule merchandising jobs for this individual and upon receiving several e-mails a day from merchandisers begging for payment I decided to quit and look for other employment. I tried desperately to get Gilbert to pay the merchandisers for their work and with my own experience of waiting for a long time for payment I thought that sooner or later he would pay them. Well that is not the case for them or myself. After sending e-mail after e-mail and call after call trying to get him to pay the merchandisers and myself I finally figured that he hit rock bottom when he stopped returning calls and e-mails.
He is definitely a salesman. He assured me that he would send me what he could so that I could get by. I ended up loosing my health insurance, my home is in foreclosure and I could not even celebrate my children;s birthday. After telling Gilbert how deperately I needed the money he still assured me that he was working on it and always the check is in the mail garbage. Then the communication stopped all together.
Here I am today still with no sign of payment so I urge you to think twice about getting involved with this individual. For those of you that have been taken by Gilbert I suggest you contact a lawyer, the company you were contracted to do merchandising for, the labor board and seek justice or he will be on the prowl for another victim

Interesting that you would come on here and say who has or has not scheduled for this creep. You too are a joke. We see you post all over Volition defending Gilbert and his antics. You are just as sick as he is. Go on and defend him all you want but the proof is on Volition for those who want to read it. He has not paid many merchandisers and that is a fact! You are the poser that defends a man that has cheated people out of their money. I refuse to go back and fourth with you, obviously you have been paid by him or who knows what else to rush to his aid. Makes one wonder, hmmm. Keep running behind him on volition and here. I don't think anyone really cares what you think anyhow. I know I sure don't, so post away. We just want our money!

You Ripped Off my Web Site Address!

I am a scheduler for Coordinators (not from CA) and did not submit this report to Rip Off Report. I am very upset at the person who submitted it because he/she used my Web Site URL; this site was only for merchanders that worked on the project that I scheduled. This is not a URL for public consumption. This person also made it look like I sent the report and it has caused me duress. Rather ironic - use ripoffreport.com to rip off someone else. I do not have any idea who this "scheduler" is that submitted it, but it was not me. I think the person that submitted the report is a poser, not a scheduler for Coordinators. Coordinators is in reorganization at this time. I do not believe that they are trying to rip anyone off.
