Surfing FB and came across an ad for Men's Watch. Clicked on the ad. Stated I could receive a Mens Watch by just paying the shipping of $6.99. Was charged that amount on 6/29/2017. Wife called 844-846-3588 and spoke to customer service and was told I had ordered sunglasses. Watch was delivered to my home and included in box was sunglasses. On 6/13/17, my checking acct was billed $99.98 and was told that was the price for the watch. Called 844-846-3588 @ 8:30 CST and Customer Service rang and then I was disconnected without anybody answering. Called the number listed on packing slip, was put on hold for 10 minutes when Customer Service Representative, John, answered . Gave him information he requested (Zip Code, Name, and Address). Told him we wanted a refund as we were not satisfied with Watch. Requested a refund of $99.98, at which time I was told that they do not issue refunds. He would be glad to put me up in the next level of membership. We would be charged $99.98 monthly for jewelry and/or other merchandise. Told him again to cancel our membership.
