Previous good experience, but this location was incompetent. 30 minute session, was 4 hours up and down on the floor - physically painful for a 70 year old person.
Makeup person minimally qualified and did not comb out hair, as I was instructed she would. When I returned to the car for clothes, they let my 2 small dogs out of carrier and loose in the filthy place. One usually BITES! Photographer was minimally qualified.
I was promised the photo for my terminally ill husband in a nursing home - for Christmas. When I called to check, I was told the photos were not ready They say they called me, but, if so, they did not leave a recorded message. I called the them after that date and was told photos were NOT ready. Christmas Photos are useless in January !
What was prepaid for one framed 5 x 7 ended up paying over $500.When I got the photo, it was only partially retouched - not a professional job and the top of the head was cropped off!
The manager would not give her name but is described as short, fat and dark and rude. When I went to pick up the photos, the shop had moved with no forwarding loction on the door. I finally locted them in Sandy Springs. This was an entirely miserable excuse for a quality experience.
