DATE EVENTS EVIDENCE 8/30/2018 19:33 First contact to "Latif Orhanli" (the fraud) via Alibaba app alibaba1, alibaba2, alibaba3 First contact to "Latif Orhanli" (the fraud) via Whatsapp regarding the cheap smartphone. Price is 350 USD per unit and the person offers 2 + 1 promo. screenshot1 The said person's number is "+1 (518) 719-7424" and claimed to be working in HSN, Inc. screenshot2 9/1/2018 23:54 After conversation regarding the smartphone that said person is selling, payment details was sent to me with below details:

Zip code: 94601 screenshot3 9/3/2018 16:49 Payment (700 USD for 2 + 1 promo) was made via Western Union for the smartphone. screenshot4 9/5/2018 16:29 Shipping notice received but it was not via DHL express. It is "Global Express Fleet"(www.globalexpressfleet.com) with tracking number "1536135809" screenshot5 9/5/2018 16:31 I asked why it is not DHL express (as what that person said before in screenshot1), the reply was "DHL don't have Flight going to your location today" screenshot5 9/5/2018 After receiving the "tracking number", I immediately checked it to verify using the website stated in shipping notice (screenshot5). screenshot6 To my surprise, the Shipment Travel History details (Date/Time and Location column) is a bit odd.
screenshot6 9/6/2018 Tried to check again the tracking number in the said website but still there's no changes/update in history. As per shipping notice (screenshot5), status will be reflected every 1-3 hours. And it's already more than 24 hours ago. screenshot6 9/6/2018 12:49 Tried to confirm the quantity of the shipment and he/she did not reply anymore even if he's online. screenshot7 9/7/2018 The package should arrive this day but it doesn't arrive. Upon checking on the website the status is on-hold and. The history made it even more questionable. screenshot8 Upon follow-up the fraudster demanded another payment from me amounting to $1640. screenshot9
