Global Financial And Security Trust, John Davis Bogus winners check from the DE-Lotto American Shoppers lottery $4875.00 Houston Texas, Toronto Ontario Canada
I received a letter from a John Davis (promotions manager for Global Financial And Security Trust) stating that I had won the De-Lotto American Shoppers Lottery. He enclosed a check for $4,875.00 to be used only after I call him and to pay part of the government taxes on my winnings.
The letter stated that I had won $125,000.00 US dollars. He requested that I call and then send him via Western Union or Money Gram the amount of $3000.00.
This type of scam should be stopped by whatever means necessary. If I had not looked this company up on the internet, I would have thought it was real. I am not a wealthy person so this money would have really come in handy.
How many hard working tax payers have already been taken by this scam.
