Global Management One INC Global Management Inc. Affordable Rentals took my money and has a vague guarantee that is impossible to satisfy. You have to drive to Seattle 2 times a week for 2 months to get money back. Thats $500 in gas do the math. Renton, Washington
I signed up for Affordable Rentals services since I had trouble finding a place due to being a student. I paid Dawn $250 for the services my rep, she never explained the refund policy in detail until I found my own place. They did not return many call or get me appointments at places I wanted, which were usually taken or the owner was not available for many days. I went to the office to get a refund and they had me fill out a Refund form. While I was there what happened next appalled me. They were putting African American people on speakerphone and making fin of them. It happened a couple of times while I was there. I'm sure they probably make fun of Asian people like me too on speakerphone. I can see why I got the service I did. If you are African American I definately would not use this company to say they have racist people working there based on what I saw would be a understatement. The final insult was it was explained to me after the fact, that in order to qualify for a refund I would have had to drive to Seattle to their office two times a week for two months, I did the math thats $500 worth of gas if you get good gas mileage. Don't ever use this company unless you have $250 to give away.
