buyer beware. i dont know legalities but you are lured in and the costs keep comming. training is very difficult and you are pushed hard to complete and penalized for not completing training within one week - took me five weeks. then you are pushed to recruite and train recruites and penalized for not meeting deadlines and numbers also. if you meet these deadlined you can earn but you are not informed of the hurdles (monetary) required until you are in as deep as they can influence you to go. You quit and guess what, no refunds. my trainer wasnt available much of the time and couldnt answer all of my training questions and refered me to a person who could. after the initial training was finished - i was still lost with it - i was given leads which i purchased but was unable to train, i had enough and quit the program. so as i said, i do not know if what they are doing is legal or not but they lure you in and hook you as deeply as they can. it is deceptave and very unethical. i contacted vemma to cancell with them also and was informed that global pro systems was independent of vemma, only using thier products as a sales vehicle. i was told that they had many many complaints about global pro systems but gps sold a lot of product for them. i can only imagine. so please investigate this company before you make a decision to buy in.
