Everyone that reads this. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY GENERALS CONSUMERS AFFAIRS DEPT IN YOUR STATE. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! They lie about everything. Will not let people cancel, charge more for the pools than what is listed on the contracts.

They hurt a really good friend of mine. She may be forced into bankrupcy if the attorney general office does not help her to get out of this mess. Payments were more than they told her. Would not let her cancel. Putting lein on her house. Charged more for the pool. And the lies go on and on.

Please help more people from getting hurt. Also she recorded the T.V. commerical and the fine print is blurred so bad you can not even see anything it says. Bait and Switch would also describe the illegal practices this company is doing.

Please remember every company has disatisfied customers or salespeople. Just since this report began on our company we have dealt with approximately 203,183 customers. Of our management team the President has 24 years of pool experience, the Service Manager has 22 years of pool experience, the General Manager has 21 years of pool experience, the Credit Manager has 15 years of pool experience, and our Installation Manager has 9 years of pool experience. We advertise and sell pools priced from $299.00 to over $10,000.00. The customer chooses the pool that best fits their needs. We have sold, installed, and serviced thousands and thousands and thousands of pools. We have hired thousands of salespeople, associates, and installation crews. We have been told by our vendors that we are one of the largest pool dealers in the whole country and we have more safeguards to protect our customers and associates than any other pool company anywhere. No company, including but not limited to, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, General Motors, Bank of America, and Delta Airlines have 100% happy customers or associates. Even the Better Business Bureau has tons of complaints, (See badbusinessbureau.com). After adding up all the negatives contained in this report we still have over a 99.99% success rate. In comparison to the number of customers and associates we deal with our complaints are miniscule. No company is perfect but we are trying to be. Dawn - Sevierville, Tennessee you say that a friend of yours purchased a pool from us. You state that we "lie about everything" and that "payments were more than they told her". We go over each customers loan with that customer before we send the finance paperwork out to their home. We disclose to each customer all information, including but not limited to, the original purchase price, the downpayment, the amount to be financed, the interest rate, the number of payments, the total of payments, and the amount of the payment. We also tape record each conversation with the customer's permission. We would like to invite your friend to contact us so that we can arrange Binding Arbitration. We will let your friend present her side and then we will present our side and let a neutral third party decide who is right and who is wrong. We will be happy to post the Arbitrator's ruling on this Rip-Off Report. Binding Arbitration is cost efficient, fast, and fair.
