Global Systems & Technologies, C. Gino Ward Fraud!! Fort Washington Maryland
RTM, Inc, based in Mocksville, N.C., hired C. Gino Ward, of Global Systems & Technologies in late 2005. RTM paid Ward $30,000 to manufacture a product. Ward assured RTM that his contacts in China would complete the product. Ward did make contact with the company in China, but never paid them. They are furious. Ward never produced our product. He constantly stated that our product was "at the dock" in Baltimore. This never was the case. RTM contacted the company in China and they confirmed they did not send the product because Ward never paid them. Ward has taken RTM's money and used it for personal use. He has scammed other companies as well. He even introduced RTM to his "wife", whom of course was not his wife. He advised he graduated from the University of Maryland, but written confirmation from the Alumni Association says they've never heard of him. He's a fake and a conartist.
