They list items and shipping knowing they can not fulfill their obligation or what customer's pay for without having the item in stock or fulfilling their shipping obligations in a timely manner and run their business on excuses and offer zero compensation for the shipping customers pay or a discount. Customer answering service is a joke and you're supposed to just accept fraudulent business practice and if you have a problem with it too bad, you will not receive a refund on the shipping you paid for and most likely they'll let you know they don't care whatsoever. Can't believe the place isn't bankrupt yet. BUYER BEWARE
