So this company is a fraud! There is no other words for this! It's not about the money it's about the Customer Service, basically if you order something and if they can't find your building that in my case it's hard to believe (24h concierge service, highest of the Avenue and only building in the hole square) but they still could not manage to ring the bell or call the doorman! They did try to call my cellphone 3 times in 2 minutes i replied back after 9 minutes went to IVR, chat with the customer service and what they basically told me that in this case i will loose everything the fee and the products.
