GMAC Homecomings Financial Preditory lenders Won't negotiate UNREACHABLE by phone Waterloo Indiana
When I applied for my Mortgage the RMAC broker assured me that my payment would not excede $900mo. at the closing it was Increased to $1200! I was told I could refi in a year. When I did go to refi in Oct. I was told I did not have to make a payment for Two months.
Due to Their error it did not happen and I was told I had to come up with $3,000 NOW. No partial payments accepted. This caused MAJOR stress for my boyfriend who is a Cancer patient and myself! We struggled to come up with a payment plan and with much sacrifice/distress (no Christmas) avoided default.
Now they have ruined my chances at a FHA loan because of late payment postings, also I have been trying to renegoiate my loan since OCTOBER filling out the required paperwork and can reach NO ONE! I spend every lunch hour on the phone and have gotten NOWHERE! This week I tried to contact corporate and the email is undeliverable. The stress has caused sleep depravation and late fees on other bills. Can anyone get a contact who speaks English and can make this happen? Was this all part of the plan to give loans only so they could foreclose and ruin peoples lives? Shame on them for doing this to hard-working Americians!
