Go Relax Travel Deceptive and misleading sales techiniques Orlando Florida
I like to spare others from using this company. We called om was suppose to be an offer form a Radio station. We answer a question correctly and we got scam.
Their deceptive techniques leads you to believe that you won a free vacation. I know nothing is for free bur the price seem fair. I booked a 5/4 for our family at an activation charge of $250.00 (nothing is free) and another open vacation that if not taken with whom ever you stated at the begining you just wasted your money.
Good luck trying to get their 888-735-2915 or 18 number you will be on hold for 45min if your lucky. Their customer service are rude and un apologetic to their customers. I requested to speak to a supervisor, her respond was I AM the supervisor. After knowning this conversation was going nowhere she then proceeded to place the recording of our conversation when I booked which included our CC numbers. I didn't know they can keep our CC information.
In top of that they did not disclose a 90 minute presentation you are require to attent or you just wasted your hard earned money.
They are thousand of good reputable travel agencies. Shame on this people I hope the consumers catch up to them and if I can cooperate so be it.
Short version, go somewhere else. I will make sure I tell the radio station of thir deceptive techniques and to report it further.
