I bought the gosmart chip online in August of this year. When i got the chip i seen that it was to big to fit my phone the first time i called and asked for a refund they told me that they where going to ship another box to me so i can ship it back for free because i told them that i shouldnt have to pay to send yall back the product especially when i wasnt happy with it in the first place. The representative told me to be expecting a return box n then once i sent the product back they would refund my money. This happen early September and i still haven't received anything from them. I called them today and spoke to a supervisor and he told me the complete opposite of what they told me the first time he's basically telling me that i have to pay to have the product ship back to them but i feel as if it wasn't my mistake it was theirs they need to pay for the mistake so they're keeping my money unless i pay to have it shipped back to them meaning the shipping fee which i would not have to pay if the product was up to par
