go smart movile i tray to cancel the service of the my phone but i wasnt able to contact them they charge me anyways and when i whanted to talk to them they hang up the phone on me now my account is negative because i had a direct withdrawall very upset with this company centerville va
I use go smart movbile it was month by month money was taken from my account on the first everymont , las week before the month ended i whanted to cancell because the service is not good also i whanted to change to a betther company , when i call them i count get in contact whtih them they have a number to call but no unser i tray for 3 day i work during the day i coudn't go to the officed to cancel so i tray again on the 31 of the month and finally i got in touch with sameone i explain my situation but they told me they allredy charge me and it wasnt refundable
i tray to explain that it wasnt me , but i got the worst custumer service after they listen to my accent they thought it is ok for them to hang up the phone on me , so unprofesional and disresfepctull , i tray to put a sptop payment but my bank they said can do it also evendow i explain the situation they don't understand also , now i am megative on my account they charge me 55.00 pluss my band 35 total 80.00 dollas that i dont have .
