I need some money for my business so email to Go2capital.com.
I got a phone call and I need $29.00 for an application so I paid with card. He said somebody call next day for contract.
Mike Millward called me and he can get money what I want for my business. He said $1,800 for doing it. So I thought that is contract and pay when i get fund. He told me to check my email and sign the contract. I was trying to read but he said I can read later just sign first.
I just follow what he said. He did not explain enough. After hang up the phone and I read the contract and already charged by my card. He did not even ask how to pay. He charged without my consent, it is the invoice not contract.
I check with BBB.org and 18 complaints and 4bad reviews. 4Riview said scam and fraud.
18 complaits resolved but matter of fact never pay back clients just reply client's complaints. It seemds they collect money upfront and do nothing. If Clients complain at BBB then reply with explanation and finally clients give up. Then case resolved because no reply from clients.
I checked Ripoffreport.com and found 5 complaints said Fraud and Scam avoids this company.
I checked Scamguard.com and found 7 unresolved cases also said scam and fraud.
My credit alert said Microbilt got my credit report whithout my knowing. I got to call credit bureau to report identy theft. It seems to be I am one of victim. I cannot let it go.
So I sent cancellation email to Mike Millward. he blocked my email. I got to send that to Derick Faller.
He sent me email and my nfile is in Lender Placement Department. I did not send all documents he asked me, how my file is in other department.
I also found they used to Biz2capital.com and recently changed to go2capital.com. They are really famous for scam and fraud.
So I called my card company and explaind what happened.
Now in the middle of investigation.
