GoFlorist.com Overcharged and failed to deliver on time Internet
I looked up a florist in Nashville, Tennessee to order a plant to be delivered to a hospitalized family member. Instead of it being a local delivery, it turned out to be a national chain. The selection was not delivered on time and was overcharged by $10 because of a "disclaimer" in the small print. I received a confirmation notice that the charge was $45; today I spoke with a representative who told me that an order needs to be at least $50. That is not stated anywhere on the web site.
Furthermore, I had to call the company four times to get this information and to be assured that the plant was delivered. I emailed the headquarters five times and never received any response.
I would never do business with them again & I advise you not to either.
