In an effort to be a good husband on Valentines day,(and to keep from forgetting)
ordered roses for the wife. Received confirmation E-mail all seemed well.Later that night ,received phone call stating C.C. declined, when asked,agent stated "holiday price increase not listed on web-site in excess of $30.00. Wrote E-mail of complaint ignored completely.They attempted to run C.C. @ excess price several times.
Do yourself a favor... use local florist if possible!!
