In 1992 I invested in Gold Records Production Co.,LTD owned by J. Richard Blazer ( a friend ? ) It was to promote Susie Goldstein's recording career, ( his wife )The proceeds from the sale of the stock was to be used to promote Goldsteins records and marketed through television. In 1995 a album was cut and distributed by Farenheit Records. No income yet!In 1996 I received a Schedule K with a loss of $9.00. All other colums were blank. I called Mr. Blazer and he said everything was normal. In 1997 I received another Schedule K with no information on it. Again I was reassured by Mr. Blazer. To close, I was to receive 100% of my investment back before any General Partners recieved any profits, then split the remaning profits 50/50. Mr. blazer has recently been convicted of some investment fraud. I did receive a CD from Mr. Blazer ,so far it has cost me $5000.00. Least be said, he is not a friend.
