$224.85 paid for 3 roses, they specialize and sell dipped roses, rose jewelry, etc. I never received payment. I sent about a dozen emails asking for my roses, which were for my girlfriend (Now wife) for valentine's day. I never received anything, as you can see I was supposed to get it 2-3 days after the 8th, in time for V-day. I was on a military base, so I figured it might take another day or two tops, but never arrived, (I was wounded in Afghanistan, lost an eye and the use of my right arm due to extensive shoulder injuries, and many more injuries, those being the majors, was hit by a Rocket Propelled Grenade.) My girlfriend (now wife) met me after i was injured, and we fell in love, she left her life to come be with me and take care of me through my surgeries, doctor appointments, my pain and struggles with healing and the system, she was at my side, my strength, I owe her so much. But at the time, I wanted to do something really nice for her - this being part of the plan. A blue rose for her (Blue being her favorite color,) a Green rose for me (Green, my favorite) and a gold rose blossoming, to represent our relationship.

After I never receiving them, and being RIPPED OFF I told her about it, and it was heartbreaking to see her disappointment, she would have been so happy to recieve this token of love and appreciation, the symbolism, for all her hard work supporting me. I was seriously, seriously, injured. She was there.

Joseph Waldrop sent me an email stating he had shipped it and would look for the package, i assume via tracking Number. Which i had, I constantly checked but nothing ever showed up, I assumed was bogus. I never received the package. His second and final email at the time stated he wasnt in the business of ripping off wounded veterans and would find it. After that email, he stopped all contact with me.

There WAS a guest signing page (Guests could leave names and a short message) which I monitored frequently. To my surprise, I found many, many, people who had been ripped off as well, paying for services and never receiving anything from him or the company. At least 20 people complaining and threatenting lawsuits. Then, one day, all the complaints were gone, and replaced by comments reflecting positively on the site and business, by people with one name, strange names, it seemed very sketchy. Then, slowly over time, the book was filled AGAIN with complaints, of a few of the old people, and many more new people angrily complaining about not receiving refunds or services they paid for. Interestingly enough, his website domain has been changed since then, I found on another site, and now, his site doesn't contain anything that customers can leave their own comments, no guest signing book, nothing. Very interesting right? I wish I could find everyone who got ripped off, or enough people, to Email me, several were interested in filing lawsuits. I want to file a class action lawsuit against him. With so many people together, we can prevent him from scamming more innocent people! People are getting ripped off by this company / him every holiday, constantly, and we can't do anything about it, unless we get together with our documents, and file a LAWSUIT!

I didn't hear back from him, until a couple days ago (I reluctantly gave up hope of getting a refund a long time ago, its been years.) Before this last valentines day, I recieved several (4-5) emails , advertising for his company. I sent him an aggressive email back (I'll admit, I was angry and somewhat rude, that he had the nerve to email me, or even have me on his list.) My email, in respone, was as follows:

"You owe me, still, from 2 years ago, and you have the nerve to send me spam mail? Give me what I deserve, what I paid for, you pieces of sh*it, you ripped me off, I will never forget.

I lost my eye and my arm for this country. People like you, who scam and rip others off, don't deserve a single freedom we fight to protect. You deserve nothing more than the inside of a prison cell.

Rot in h*ll."

To my surprise he responded. His email is as follows:

"Real mature. The inside of a prison cell for what? If you had a problem and didn't receive your order or whatever your stating happened then why did you not contact yourcredit card company and dispute the charge? I will have you know for the next three months I am raising money for breast cancer and giving a good portion of my profits tobreast cancer and am always the first to help someone out who is in need."

I tried disputing via my Bank, and was unable to, being that I was emailing him, and waiting, it was too long to get a refund through the bank, because it was a debit card transaction. I tried. I also contacted the states' Attorney General's office, and the Better Business Bureau. I was told to try the BBB from the AG office. I filed a report, and the BBB tried contacting the business but he never contacted the BBB, and they came back to me empty handed.

I'm sorry for the lengthly report. I sent him an aggressive email in response. I hope he reports me, for being threatening or something, so I can shed light on his ways, to legal courts. I'm just so angry, I had dropped this, and he had the nerve to send me 4-5 spam emails advertising. This is an injustice that cannot continue to stand, even if I have to do it myself, I will bring him down. It's illegal, immoral, and the fact that he thinks he's "Going to raise money for breast cancer" justifies scamming people, or ripping people off, is just sad, BECAUSE HE IS DOING IT SO OFTEN, REGULARLY. Please, help. Anyone, help. I'm disabled, stuck in my house, but I'll do what it takes. I was Airborne Infantry, a Paratrooper, in the army, I will not falter in this, but I need all the help I can get. Please, the site, the admins, anyone reading this, anyone ripped off by them, get the media involved, get lawyers involved, I don't care if I don't get a dime, I just want him brought to justice, and I don't want to see more innocent people ripped off by this, maybe hundreds of people ripped off already? How many more before this injustice stops and this man pays for his crimes? This needs to end. Please, help, anyone, everyone, lets bring this monster down.
