Golden Circle : Beware Of This SNEAKY Company Misleading Information, Luring Customers with Promises of BIG Paydays are FALSE!!!!!! Southington Connecticut
I have recently answered an add as follows: 'ASSISTANTS $400+per week. Bonuses Available. Call Now 1-866-271-9064'
Something didn't sit well with me here, I was reluctant to answer this ad but I am seeking extra income to help with bills around the house..
I phoned in to this 'company' at approximately 7pm !! and my call was answered, which immediately sent a red flag in my mind that this was not my kind of business.. The hispanic woman wanted to know EVERYTHING about me, while avoiding returning much info.. I had to tell her that I was not interested in Sales and for her not to waste her time if that's what this was about.. She assurred me that there were 'other' positions available such as pack/shipping. After 5 minutes of asking I was finally given the company name, but nothing else.. Upon scheduling an interview, I gave the company a false name, and nothing more.... I didn't believe what she was telling me, I knew in my heart and in my mind that she was making false claims.. Also, I might add, that she was too eager to set up interviews and new hires IMMEDIATELY.. Still not convinced, After hanging up the phone I ran a websearch on the company and all I was able to find was another lousy consumer report from a victim of false claims, stating how they lured this person to their 'establishment' with promises of $475-$575/week pack/ship and then only offered them a crappy door-to-door sales job, WHAT A SLAP IN THE FACE* --So, now after reading this report I phoned the 'company' to cancel my interview appointment and gain some closure.. When I was asked if I would like to reschedule I then explained what I had found about this 'business' and that I am no fool and I will not be made into one.. She asked me if I would give her the web address for the ripoffreport (and if she had half a brain she could obviously find it herself) I told her 'NO! how does it feel? You take information in exchange for false reality and then give little to nothing in return'.
